Adtegrity.com requires all publishers to complete and return valid tax documentation. We require this documentation for all publishers regardless of locale or tax status. Adtegrity.com cannot and will not issue payment of any kind without the proper form on file.

  • W9 Tax Form
    For publishers located in the USA.
  • W8-BEN Tax Form
    This form is for most Non-US Publishers.
  • W8-ECI Tax Form
    For a non-US citizen that claims an exemption from backup withholding for business conducted in the U.S

Payment Options

Adtegrity.com offers two payment options for publishers: corporate check and PayPal.  If you’d like to be paid by PayPal, you must complete, sign and return a PayPal Authorization form to Adtegrity.com.

Sending in your forms

Once your forms are completed and signed you can return them to Adtegrity.com in several ways.

  1. Fax your completed and signed forms to: 616-285-9156.  Be sure to mark the fax to the attention of the Publisher department.
  2. Email your completed form to publisher@adtegrity.com.  Just be sure your signatures are handwritten, not typed.  Typed signatures will not be accepted.
  3. Mail your completed and signed forms to our corporate offices using the address below.  Again, be sure you mark the package to the attention of the Publisher department.
