Tax Documents - Whether you are a publisher located in the USA or from any other country, Adtegrity.com requires that you have a valid, signed tax form on file with us. When you recieve your ad code and login information from us you should recieve a copy of the appropriate tax form. Make sure you fill it out and fax it back to us at 616-285-9156, EMAIL it to us (so long as the signature is handwritten) to publisher@adtegrity.com or print it out and mail it to:

PayPal Authorization - Adtegrity.com does offer you the opportunity to recieve your montly payment via PayPal. To do so however, we need the PayPal Authorization form completed, signed and sent back to us either by fax or US mail.
