Adtegrity is pleased to offer customized flat rate plans for your unique US traffic. We’ll buy your unique US traffic (based on our stats) at a flat rate we’ll negotiate with you before hand. Its easy to get started and doesnt require any additional code on your part if you’re already an Adtegrity partner. Just negotiate your flat rate, keep running your tags and enjoy the revenue boost.

To get started, lets make sure you’ve got the right qualifications.

Publisher Qualification

• US traffic – Adtegrity currently only offers flat rates on US traffic. Got some? Great!
• Unique traffic – Flat rates only apply to traffic that is also unique. That means 1 per day per user.
• Is your account in good standing with Adtegrity? Your standing can be affected by content policy and terms violations. Contact us if you arent sure.

Terms

• Adtegrity reserves the right to modify pricing if the flat rate line item for the publisher is not profitable for Adtegrity. Notice will be provided when changes to your rate are made but is not required prior to change.
• 24 hour out clause for Adtegrity where the only issue is profitability. 24 hour notice will be given before shutting off a flat rate.
• Publisher terms and conditions violations will result in immediate suspension and possible revenue forfeit. No notice is given prior to suspension before investigation.
• Your ad tags may only run on URLs approved by an Adtegrity Operations Specialist. Running your ad tags on unapproved sites will result in suspension.
• All flat rates are set up as a hybrid program. Your flat rate applies ONLY to your unique US traffic. Unique US traffic is based solely on the stats of Adtegrity ad servers. Any other traffic will be served by a revenue share.

Rates

Flat Rates and Revenue share will be determined by Adtegrity based on the quality of the site, content and historical data about the site type.

Passbacks and Defaults

Adtegrity does not provide Passback or Default setups as part of our basic service. If you are interested in setting up a Passback or Default, please contact your Adtegrity Operations Specialist to discuss the details and cost of this feature.
