BargainAndHaggle.com is an online marketplace that allows consumers to negotiate one-on-one to buy and sell items ranging from sports memorabilia to collectibles, antiques and toys. The site uses a patent-pending one-on-one negotiation process, which allows buyers to negotiate directly with sellers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Under the agreement, BargainAndHaggle.com will utilize Adtegrity.com (www.adtegrity.com) for the development and placement of online advertising and related programs to attract registered users. Adtegrity.com’s services will include the development and placement of banners and other display advertising, as well as targeted e-newsletter sponsorship campaigns. The agreement runs through the end of 2001. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Adtegrity.com has been providing advertising services for BargainAndHaggle.com through initial test placements since March. During that time BargainAndHaggle.com has experienced a 300 percent increase in its total number of registered users. The negotiated pricing site and auction alternative was ranked by Jupiter Media Metrix as a Top 10 newcomer website in April for number of unique visitors.
