Adtegrity Names Internet Marketing Veteran Tim Stejskal as Sales Director

Posted on June 11, 2003

GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan – (PRNEWSWIRE-FIRSTCALL)-Wednesday, June 11, 2003 – Adtegrity (Pink Sheets: ADTY) today announced it has named Tim Stejskal as Director of Sales and established a new regional sales office in Chicago.

Adtegrity, a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, said Stejskal brings more than 15 years of sales experience in the interactive market to the position, including management positions at Altavista, InfoSpace and Quote.com.

Stejskal joins Adtegrity from Altavista, where he most recently served as Director of Inside Sales, responsible for more than $12 million in annual ad revenue.

Adtegrity said Stejskal will oversee operations of a new regional sales office in Chicago and have responsibilities for national inside sales development and account management. The Chicago sales team will also include Matt Fuhrman and Christopher Borchert, and is located at 600 W. Van Buren, Suite 202, in Chicago. The office can be reached at 312-277-0429.

“Tim brings a unique level of experience and insight to Adtegrity and we are looking forward to leveraging those strengths as we continue to grow,” said Scott Brew, president and CEO of Adtegrity.com. “Tim has excelled in our industry for many years and we expect that he, along with his team at our new sales office in Chicago, will play a major role in helping us expand our sales presence throughout the Midwest.”

Stejskal’s former sales management positions include Quote.com, where he was responsible for building the inside sales team and implementing the reporting, forecasting and tracking systems. He then joined Go2Net, Inc., where he increased online ad revenues from $100,000 per month to over $1 million per month.

In 2001, Stejskal joined the management team at search engine Altavista to run the National Inside Sales Team consisting of 17 sales reps generating over $3 million per quarter in advertising sales. In September 2002, he was awarded the Annual CMGI Recognition Award for his contributions above and beyond required responsibilities. Stejskal has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Illinois.

The Chicago office is Adtegrity’s second major-market expansion this spring and reflects the Company’s goal of establishing a more regionally driven sales model. In April 2003, Adtegrity established a sales presence in Los Angeles, naming Julie Eckert as Director of Sales for the Company’s West region. As part of its new strategy, Adtegrity has moved to reduce the sales focus of its Grand Rapids headquarters – a change that has included the May departure of Jim Barry, former Vice President of Sales.
