Adtegrity.com New Server Migration

Posted on April 22, 2005

ATTN Publishers:

It is that time again. Adtegrity.com is moving away from Falk adsolution and onto a new adserver called Yield Management (to be referred to from now on as YM).

After today the revenues we report to you will be in our new system. Your login and password will remain the same and you can access these reports here at http://my.yieldmanager.com. Unfortunately, this will require a code change which we need you to complete by April 30th. With that in mind we encourage you to switch your ad code immediately, do not wait until the last minute to make this switch or you could be in danger of losing revenues.

AS A REMINDER: YOUR CURRENT LOGIN AND PASSWORD WILL WORK IN THE NEW SYSTEM, JUST USE THE URL ABOVE INSTEAD OF THE OLD FALK URL.

For the past 6 months we have been working with the YM team, testing our campaigns and evaluating their performance for each publisher and for each of our advertisers. We are encouraged by what we’ve seen; better tracking, higher cp’s, faster ad delivery, more robust reporting, easy to use interface, better support and an overall more powerful system in which to drive our sales and our rates up for each of you.

Since we have spent so much time testing we have had the time to move all our campaigns to this new system and are merely redirecting the ad call to Falk and then to you. We have mapped each of your sites through Falk back to our Yield Management system so that your revenues as of Midnight tonight will be unique to you and for most of you will be a bit higher. We were able to do this for all the in page ads, 120×600, 728×90, 468×60 and 300×250’s, so after tonight these tags will post as Zero revenue in Falk and your actual revenue reports will be migrated to YM and be accessible there. This will give you the time to convert your tags in the next week at your leisure. For now both your Falk tags and the new tags are pulling the same campaigns through YM.

Unfortunately, we were not able to do this as seamlessly for pops. The YM system will not reflect your pop traffic until you change code. All the pop campaigns are in both systems and will report revenues to you based on the code you are running through April 30th at which time we hope to be fully migrated to the new system.

The majority of you will see traffic posted to you account for the past several months with zero revenue attached to it. We had to zero out any revenues in the system so we could funnel revenues through Falk and post them there for you. So tonight 4/22/05 your traffic reports should switch from Zero CPM’s to your actual cpm’s. Please do not be concerned about the accuracy of historical traffic patterns, we have been in partial conversion mode for some time and you shouldn’t be concerned if any impression counts prior to the 23rd don’t seem right, we can confidently tell you that they are incorrect.

YM is fully compliant with IAB standards for filtering out traffic that is a result of spiders, bots, and fraud. We are excited about this as filtering out traffic that is not legitimate improves our quality, our cpm’s and creates clients that have more satisfaction with our Network. We think you will agree.
