			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ &#8212; Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY - News), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported significantly improved revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. </p>
<p>The Company&#8217;s unaudited results included net income of $34,000 for the first quarter on revenues of $4.3 million, compared with net income of $147,000 on revenues of $3 million for the same quarter last year. </p>
<p>&#8220;We are very pleased with our 43 percent increase in revenue for the first quarter and view it as validation of our strategic investments in people and infrastructure,&#8221; said Adtegrity.com president and CEO Scott Brew. &#8220;We added five additional staff members during the period, primarily in sales. While these additions did reduce our bottom line for the period, we view them as important assets that will permit us to continue to scale with the opportunities we see in the marketplace.&#8221; </p>
<p>Adtegrity reported serving more than 31 billion ad impressions during the period, approximately the same total as the first quarter of 2007. The Company also noted that it has adjusted its 2007 year-end results following its annual independent audit. Net income for 2007 has been revised upward from the previously reported $50,358 to $147,689 as a result of reduced tax liability. Reported revenues did not change. </p>

<p>The Company reported net income of $50,358 on total net revenues of $11.6 million, compared with a net loss of $32,381 on total net revenues of $6.68 million for 2006.</p>
<p>For the fourth quarter of 2007, Adtegrity posted a net loss of $100,753 on net revenue of $3.2 million, compared to net income of $12,390 on revenue of $1.49 million in the year-ago period. Adtegrity.com also reported serving more than 20 billion ads in the fourth quarter and more than 94 billion ads for the entire year - more than double the 45.1 billion ads served by the Company in 2006.</p>

<p>The Company reported a net loss of $986 on net revenues of $3.1 million for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $63,200 on net revenues of $1.4 million for the same quarter last year. Year to date, Adtegrity reported net income of $151,102 on net revenues of $8.4 million</p>
<p>Adtegrity said additional sales activity necessitated new investments in infrastructure during the third quarter, leading to the slight net loss for the period. The Company recently signed an agreement to expand its office space by 60 percent and has increased its staff from 10 to 18 employees in 2007, with additional hiring expected into the first quarter of 2008.</p>
<p>During the third quarter, Adtegrity reported delivering more than 22.5 billion impressions, resulting in over 80 million clicks by consumers and more than two million new customers for the Company&#8217;s clients. Year-to-date, Adtegrity has delivered 74 billion impressions yielding over 230 million click-throughs and more than 4.5 million new customers for clients.</p>

<p>The Company reported net income of $9,339 on net revenues of $2.3 million for the second quarter, compared with net income of $1,610 on net revenues of $1.7 million for the same quarter last year.</p>
<p>Adtegrity noted that the growth was due in part to its May expansion and infrastructure investment which led to a 50 percent increase in account and client service staff. </p>

The Company has created a new Account Management team, led by Kurt Filla, vice president for Network Development. The team will be a critical new single point of contact for all client traffic and optimization, primarily for direct response marketing campaigns. The team will also be charged with non- agency sales and relationship development responsibilities. </p>

<p>GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 2, 2007 – Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported significantly improved operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007.</p>
<p>The Company reported net income of $147,000 on net revenues of $3 million for the first quarter, compared with net income of $9,004 on net revenues of $2.1 million for the same quarter last year. </p>
<p>Adtegrity noted that it delivered its strong net income increase despite having income tax liability for the first time in several years, due to the exhaustion of a prior Net Operating Loss carryforward (NOL) in the period.  The Company posted Earnings Before Income Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) of $282,000 for the first quarter, compared to $18,500 last year.</p>
<p>Adtegrity also increased the number of impressions served during the period to more than 31.4 billion – up from 14.4 billion in the fourth quarter of 2006 and from 10.5 billion for the same period in 2005.</p>

<p>The Company reported a net loss of $32,381 on total net revenues of $6.68 million for 2006, compared with a net loss of $35,483 on total net revenues of $6.93 million for 2005. For the fourth quarter, Adtegrity posted net income of $12,390 as compared to net income of $12,200 in the year ago period. Net revenue for the quarter declined slightly to $1.49 million as compared to $2 million in the fourth quarter of 2005.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Dec 07, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ &#8212; Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported its operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006. </p>
<p>The Company reported a net loss of $63,200 on net revenues of $1.4 million for the third quarter, compared with a net income of $101,771 on net revenues of $2.17 million for the same period last year. </p>
<p>Adtegrity noted that third-quarter net income was reduced by a $60,000 expense for non-cash stock compensation realized during the period. The Company reported serving more than 10.3 billion ads during the third quarter and delivering more than 21.8 million visitors to advertisers&#8217; websites, which generated more than one million leads or sales transactions for customers. </p>
<p>&#8220;Ad volume and the efficiency of our network both remained strong during the quarter, despite an overall drop in revenue due to a decline in new client activity,&#8221; said Adtegrity.com president and CEO Scott Brew. &#8220;Retention of key existing clients has been good and we continue to see the positive impact of the infrastructure upgrades made in recent quarters, as the average network- wide ROI for our clients totaled 120 percent for the period.&#8221; Brew noted that Julie Eckert has resigned as vice president of sales as well as her seat on the Board of Directors. Her duties have been assumed by current Director of Sales, Chad Jansen, and by Mike Struyk, director of business development. </p>

The Company reported net income of $1,610 on net revenues of $1.7 million for the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $119,927 on net revenues of $1.4 million for the same period last year. </p>
<p>Adtegrity noted that second-quarter net income was reduced by $60,000 in non-cash stock compensation realized during the period, making its pre- adjustment net income total approximately $61,610. </p>
