Adtegrity.com Reports 2006 Results
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY - News ), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2006.
The Company reported a net loss of $32,381 on total net revenues of $6.68 million for 2006, compared with a net loss of $35,483 on total net revenues of $6.93 million for 2005. For the fourth quarter, Adtegrity posted net income of $12,390 as compared to net income of $12,200 in the year ago period. Net revenue for the quarter declined slightly to $1.49 million as compared to $2 million in the fourth quarter of 2005.
Adtegrity.com also reported serving more than 45.1 billion ads across its networks in 2006, an increase of more than 15 billion ads over the 2005 period.
“It was a challenging year for us, as new client activity was slower than projected for most of 2006. We have also incurred costs related to the restructuring of our sales and marketing team and the optimization of our network infrastructure. At the same time, we have done a good job retaining existing clients and driving increased volume in a highly efficient manner.
