Adtegrity.com Reports Improved 3rd Quarter Results

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY - News), a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, today reported significantly increased sales and net income for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005.

The Company reported a net income of $101,771 on net revenues of $2.17 million for the third quarter, compared with a net income of $38,515 on net revenues of $1.5 million for the same quarter last year. Adtegrity served 9.5 billion impressions for the period, more than double the number served for the third quarter of 2004.

“Our results reflect the positive impact of our conversion last quarter to a new ad server, which gave us greater access to advertising inventory while improving our operational efficiency. We also continue to benefit from positive overall industry trends, resulting in strong revenue growth for the quarter,” said Adtegrity.com President and CEO, Scott Brew. “We recently relocated into expanded space to further capitalize on the many opportunities we continue to see in the marketplace going forward.”

Adtegrity.com’s new space, located at 5910 Tahoe Dr. in Grand Rapids, triples the space over the former office to 6,200 square feet. Brew said the additional space will be used to grow the inside sales team and new product team while offering room to increase support staff, as the business continues to grow.
